This project was the first time I ever used Seller Financing to complete a deal. The seller and I came up with a deal where the mortgage stayed in place on the home while I renovated it.
This worked out really well as the seller had to sell at a higher price than the home was worth. So by me utilizing the mortgage it created value for me and allowed the seller to unload their house at a higher price. Really creative deal!
